Email consent is not text consent. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation the two are separate permissions, and a profile that subscribed to your email list has not, by that fact, agreed to be texted. We set up the sign-up paths, the records that prove consent, and the opt-out handling — including ARRÊT as well as STOP — so growth does not create exposure.
